Pål had DIY'd his website in the past and while he enjoyed that, it had gotten to the point where there weren't enough hours to do what he wanted and in his words "It was too time consuming to build and administer my own website. It was also not converting as I would have liked it too. I experienced a lot of technical issues, and often felt quite lost without having any support."
He reached out and I was honored to help him! We came up with a strategic plan and blueprint to tackle his problems and add more of what he was envisioning to help with future growth, all while putting the focus on his main services.
The plan included updating the client journey and visuals so that it was clean and focused, making things easier for his visitors and Patrons to find, use, and contact him. Reorganizing of his products and affiliate products, optimizing his blog, cleaning up the tech, and other important items were also part of the project.
My team for this project included Kate of UpDesignsLA (custom design), Stéphanie of Bright Spot Copywriting (professional copy), and development and other tasks by me. Our team worked together seamlessly and with Pål, and our process and Project Planner made things easy and stress free for him during each stage.
Site tech was updated and the premium software used will make his job easier behind-the-scenes when making edits. Ongoing hosting and monthly care will also take additional tasks and worries off his plate so he can focus on what he loves most.
We delivered a website he feels more confident with and came out with a clearer vision for how he wants to grow his business.
