France with Véro

Véro, in her words, wears "many hats". A French language instructor, content creator, tour guide for Rick Steves, public speaker, and has been sharing French life and French culture on social media for over a decade. She brings a fresh (and French) perspective that is interesting and entertaining!

She transitioned from her previous business, "French Girl in Seattle", after relocating back to her native France after 20+ years in the U.S. Her old website started out as a blog with some information about services added in later, but it no longer reflected how her business had evolved or created the right type of conversions (class, tour, or Patron sign-ups).

With her move back to France, she rebranded to "France with Véro". She needed her new website to reflect the changes that had taken place in her business and make her services the main focus of the website in a cohesive, smart way.

Along with a rebrand, Véro wanted her website to be easy for site visitors to find what they are looking for, better organized, easier to her to use and update, and make signing up to become followers, donate, or become Patrons easy.

A focused, strategic redesign and my Next Level project experience kept it all organized and enabled her to provide clear and thoughtful information about her processes, evaluate what happens next (in her client journey), gather connective copy for her site so that her website provides helpful information in a fun, totally Véro way, and make it easy for her potential clients to say yes and sign up for services.

Using a premium theme and tech that's easy for her to use and maintain gave me the ability to create exactly what she wanted; a beautiful, clean, service and user-focused website.

Now it's easy for visitors to know right away what she offers, where to get the info they want, and book her, enroll in a class, or sign up become a Patron. Created just for her, this custom online home will help support her business as she continues to grow. Et voilà !
